The key responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable include but are not limited to:

▪ Maintain precise records of all incoming payments

▪ Prepare and send invoices to clients

▪ Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices

▪ Reconcile any irregularities in receipts

▪ Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances

▪ Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting

▪ Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed

▪ Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payment

▪ Other task assigns by management

▪ Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or other related field may be necessary

▪ Preferably possess one year of related work experience

▪ Ability to use Ms. Office Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, Outlook, email and knowledge in Accounting

System

▪ Ability to communicate in English fluently, Chinese in an Advantage

▪ Responsible and able to work independently

▪ Pleasant personality, good communications skills, and good team work

▪ Strong bookkeeping and accounting, project coordinating, and administrative skills

▪ Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, journal entry, and other such financial transactions
