- Petty cash management, petty cash operations and procurement operations.

- Review invoices, receipts, accounts processing and online banking system transaction operation.

- Prepare monthly tax document and key in in system

- Prepare financial forecasts and budget.

- Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Must need to know the Fund System (Have professional textbook and team to teach step and step)

- Must be a very detail, careful, responsible, quick-witted, and with a good learning ability

- Can speak English

- Long-term employment with Aegies, at least two years is preferable

- Have Accounting and invoicing experience

- Familiar with Office operating system, Word, Excel
