• Achieve the target given by the Sale Manager.

• Meet customers at the site area to introduce our product.

• Understand the products and company’s services to full fill customer

needs.

• Quick response to customer questions and well communication within the team.

• Take care of customer relations (requirements, problem-solving,

documentation).

• Conduct daily & weekly reports and update the sale status in a

company filing system.

• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as

needed.

• Other tasks assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative field or related.

• At least 2 years’ experience in the construction field or real estate

industry.

• Good communication, friendly and welcoming person.

• Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work

environment.

• Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest, and Self-motivated

• Able to work under pressure and good at teamwork.

• Knowledge of computer application Microsoft office suite.

• Knowledge of Chinese is advantage

• Good in writing/speaking/listening English.
