- Create and develop loan collection and monitoring procedure/guideline.

- Create loan collection workflow/overdue report template.

- Lead team to reassessment for loan restructuring and solve the problem for bad case.

- Collaborate with sales team or relevant patties for lead to solve delinquency and

overdue customer

- Monitoring the consequence (post loan disbursement) to make sure those condition

are fulfilled

- Solving and take action on loan overdue

- Settle bad loan in/outside court case process

- Site visit the customer overdue

- Manage collection report and data analysist

- Perform other related duties as required by line manager

- Education: Bachelor’s degree Finance and Banking or equivalent professional

qualifications

- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in Loan Collection or Recovery or in

MFI/bank industry

'- Understanding about on process overdue solving

- Understanding about loan management system.

- Understanding about credit re-assessment method

- Understanding about action and legal documents & process for bad loan

- Knowledge in type of required documents in loan application

- Strong in negotiation skill, communication skill, coaching feedback, motivation, problem solving

- High Level of data analysist and data management skills.

- Computer Skill: Ms. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email/Outlook, Loan System

- Able to use English
