- Assist Front Office Manage to achieve the set target of student enrollment; - Assist Front Office Manager in the daily operations to meet and exceed the parent expectations and requirements; - Assist Front Office Manager in the overall improvement of parent satisfaction/school program and activities; - Work with Front Office Manager to supervise the teaching team of the assigned classes/program to ensure the high rate of parent satisfaction of the assigned classes/program; - Participate in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents - Monitor the pick-up and drop off - Execute other tasks requested by Front Office Manager

- Bachelor Degree in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent - Experienced in working with International School is a plus; - Fluent in English speaking and Writing - Professional appearance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic - Good analytical and creative problem solving skills; - Strong organizational and time management skills; - Fast learner and desire to achieve set goals.
