- Direct and oversee the Modern Trade and Horeca's sales objectives and initiatives,

- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve on customer satisfaction

- Results driven and customer focused and to meet sales and collection objectives.

- Develop forecast and sale plans and market survey and network to improve sale teams

- Provide training, coaching, employee performance, development and motivation

- Assess the strenths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program

- Building and maintaining strategic ties with company’s strategy,

-Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with regulations

- Provide daily sales report and other report when necessary.

- Other tasks will be assigned by top management from time to time.

- At least3-year working experiences in sale, preferable in food and beverage.

- Creative ideas of marketing, sales techniques and concepts.

- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.

- Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Good sense of leadership supervisory and coaching skills.

- Good command in English & Khmer both written and spoken.

- Knowledge in computer programs, MS office, PowerPoint, Email & Internet.

- Good attitude, be honest, serious, gentle, friendly, creative, flexible.
