- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

- Set individual sales targets with project sales team, and co-ordinate sales action plans

for individual sales staff.

- Oversee the activities and performance of the project sales team.

- Ensure project sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.

- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the project sales team.

- Evaluate performance of sales staff, and provide feedback, support and coaching to the

project sales team.

- Plan and direct project sales team training and assist with the development of sales

presentations and proposals.

- Sales forecast annual, quarterly and monthly, and generate timely sales reports.

- Formulate sales policies and procedures.

- Prepare budgets annually, quarterly basis, and control expenses and monitor budgets.

- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.

- Prioritize customer segment and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.

- Analyze credit term & credit limit for each customer before approval.

- Other as assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

- At least 3-year experience related experience, preferably in project sales of construction

industry.

- Good English in both written and spoken English.

- Good in Ms. Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work as an individual contribut

or and team player.

- Strong knowledge of strategic planning and process and control within the company.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and

clients.

- Good analytical and strategy problem-solving skills.
