1. Develop and deliver strategic plan, policies, business plan, operation and work procedures to align with Property Management mission and vision.

2. Conduct in depth study to review and identify our property resources to generate more revenues for ensuring profitability and sustainability of the Property Management.

3. Lead all departments such as Customer Service, Accounting, Housekeeping, Security, HR& Admin, Leasing & Marketing to effectively follow policies, standard operation procedures (SOP) to achieve the most efficient operating model.

4. Lead team to develop effective strategies in order to maximize Management Fee Collection and overall operations of all Property Management Projects.

5. Foster positive relationships with external investors, including property owners, tenants, vendors, contractors, and government authorities.

6. Ensure that Customer services has worked closely with housing sales department, construction department, and sub-contractors to solve all problems during the handover process.

7. Lead Customer Services Department to reinforce on providing quality services for all properties.

8. Lead team to develop and implement creative leasing and marketing strategy to achieve occupancy goals.

9. Lead the property leasing activities, conducting market analysis and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

10. Effectively Manage staffs on hiring process, performance management, staff development, engagement, and communication.

11. Lead all departments to effectively set up KPI, and Yearly Training schedule with support from head office.
