• Survey price of material (related to construction material) / labour on market • Make bill of quantities base on drawing and quantities procurement • Material accumulate • Value engineering • Prepare the tender document include quantity, specification and drawing • Biding and valuate documents procedure for sub-contractor • Other task assign by Manager

Jobs Requirement

• At least bachelor degree in related fields • At least 3years experience in QS role • Knowledge of construction cost , cost consulting, cost estimate and planning • Ability to prepare proposal • Able to use MS Office word, excel, internet • Able to speak English • Honest, flexible, hardworking, well-coordinated
