• Manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support as needed

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports

• Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

• Ensuring that all invoices and expense reports are properly coded, approved, and

processed in a timely manner,and that all payments are made accurately and on time.

• Monitoring the day-to-day operations and performance of the department

• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, identifying trends and areas for

improvement

• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations

• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills

and knowledge

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend process improve ments as appropriate

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable process

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices

• Experience with accounts payable software and ERP systems

• Ability to manage a team effectively, providing guidance and support as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with

cross-functional teams

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
