- Review, check and verify all process payment& account payable transaction

- Monitor account to ensure payment are up to date

- Monitor customer account for non-payment and delayed payment

- Respond posting transaction to journals, ledgers and other records

- Maintain a filing system for all account documents

- Prepare monthly tax and annual tax declaration

- Monthly account, trial balance & fixed asset

- General journal, General ledger and cashbook & Stock & store record & Vehicle running

cost

- Payroll support (attendance, leave records, OT report, etc).

- Control and arrange car

- Control purchase office stationery

- Control admin petty cash

- Other work are related duties as manager assigned

• Male/ Female

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting financial

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and Finance and tax field

• Knowledge of finance

• Good computer skill, Microsoft words, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email and Quick book

system

• Good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, internal controls

• Good command of English both oral and written

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good communication skill and problem solving & Flexible to travel.
