1. Prepare planning, organizing, developing, and enforcing rules.

2. Overview daily operations of the industrial parks.

3. Update daily report to management through social network on time.

4. Corresponding to tenants or authorizer.

5. Coordinating with construction team to ensure good quality and high

standard.

6. Managing and maintaining inventory of equipment or materials.

7. Update and spread out the company’s policies to subordinates.

8. Submit and reconcile expense reports to accounting department.

9. Controlling the securities and prevention of fire incident.

10. Controlling the hygiene and welfare surrounding the industrial park.

11. Others task as assigned by Admin & HR Manager.

1. Bachelor of Business Administration, or other related fields.

2. Good command of English both written & spoken, Chines is

preferable.

3. At least 3-5 years experiences in related fields.

4. Able to use Microsoft word & Excel.

5. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

6. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanner.

7. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

8. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

10. Be honest, hardworking, fast learning and flexible.
