1. Prepared monthly financial report

2. Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure

3. Checked monthly A/R and A/P report and sign

4. Checked payment voucher, other request form and sign

5. Checking & review petty report

6. Prepare staffs payroll

7. Prepare bank reconciliation

8. Checked bank statement balance and cash/ cheque deposit in to ABA bank account (I banking)

9. Checked cash/cheque withdrawal from ABA bank account (I banking)

10. Monitor daily record of A/R and A/P send to Top Manager for everyday

11. Prepare accounting system

12. Provide training to new staffs

13. Other tasks assigned by CEO

- Bachelor degree in accounting or related major

- At least 2 year experience as an accountant

- Good in English for official communication

- Can use QuickBooks

- High: 1.65cm up

- Able to work under pressure and willing to work as a team

- Can work at field trip per requirement

- Patient and Honest

- Fast Learner
