- Responsible for filing system, incoming and outgoing correspondence.

- Setting up accounting system and flow;

- Issuing and posting invoices, quotation, receipts, and related financial documents;

- Doing Monthly and annual Income, Expense report, and related documents;

- Preparing payroll, and related document;

- Preparing invoice for tax declaration; operating maintaining office equipment and supplies, answering phone calls, handling mails;

- Answering and replying all messages in our app, social media platforms and phone;

- Providing customer services to on-site clients;

- Providing admin support if needed; and other requests made by managers.

- Bachelor Degree in Management, Accounting, Administration or related fields;-

- At least one-year working experience in customer service or sales or related fields;

Fluent the use office pack software (especially Word Excel), and Internet

- Good command of spoken and written in English, (with Chinese language proficiency is a plus), and computer literacy

- Ability to work effectively, efficiently and independently under pressures in various working environments;

- willingness to learn, having positive attitude, high team-spirit, friendly and good communication, and be the team-player, honest, hard-working, and responsible; and

- Female applicants are preferred.
