1. Checking reservations for guest based on guest room requirement.

2. Answering Phone calls, Messenger, WeChat, Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp from Guest Requirements.。

3. Checking the availabilities of accommodation or transportation for guest requirements.

4. Checking out any issues that may arise with bookings and reservation.

5. Process Payment and sending out confirmation letter to guest.

6. Providing support to guest who may need to amends or cancel reservation.

7. Providing Information about other hotel competitor’s price and room occupancy.

8. Sale and Promoting reservation.

9. Receive guest overall satisfactory comments after their stays.

10. Communicates reservation information to the front desk.

11. Maintains a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times.

12. Do pick up report.

- Education Background University diploma.

- Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel

industries.

- Be able to communicate English & Chinese。
