- Develop effective event sales strategies to attract new and additional catering sales

- Develop quality leads and ensure sales growth

- Develop sales target and ensure its achievement

- Consult and negotiate with customer to meet their objective and requirement

- Give consultation to customer on event planning product

- Go on-duty during the event day with operation team to ensure well operation for the entire

event

- Maintain and improve customer relationship

- Engage with customer to get feedback on product and service offered

- Guide and train fellow sales team on Product Knowledge and Sales Skill

- Maintain accurate sales database including lead information and customer sales record

- Prepare monthly sales activity report

- Work closely with marketing department to produce more sales activity
