1- To prepare all accounting documents such as payment voucher, petty cash vouch, official receipt, invoice, etc.

2- To update and check the control accounts (cash book, petty cash summary, account receivable, account payable, fixed assets register, intra accounts, cash advance list, inventory, etc.).

3- To post all transactions into the QuickBooks system and review all the transactions in Ledger Accounts with the control accounts in Spread Sheet.

4- To check and monitor bank transactions and credit facilities and do bank reconciliation.

5- To ensure the internal control, accounting policies and procedures of the companies are properly followed in order to safeguard the company’s assets.

6- To assist in preparation of monthly fund planning.

7- To assist in preparation of yearly financial planning of all the related companies and monitor the actual performance against planning.

8- To assist in closing accounts and prepare financial statement.

9- To prepare monthly and yearly tax return.

10- To assist in any other accounting activity required or delegated by superior.

11-Other tasks assigned by Director.

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experiences in accounting field.

3. Fully understanding Cambodian Taxation Law.

4. Be able to manage multi tasks of accounting and tax.

5. Honest, high commitment and work ethic.

6. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet dateline.

7. Good computer knowledge, Word/Excel, E-mails ( outlook )
