- Manage the daily, weekly and monthly schedule of the shop operation.

- Overseeing and assessing customer assistant staff activities, and providing them with

regular guide-line based on company service.

- Monitoring the daily activities of shop operations.

- Training staff in areas of customer assistant and company policies.

- Investigating and solving customer complaints.

- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

 Bachelor degree in Management or related fields

- At least 2 or 3 years experiences in related fields

- Can speak English or Chinese

- Good at problem solving

- Good at leadership skill

- Able to train staff under supervision

- Be good at communicating with customers
