- Identify and assess training needs within the company.

- Meeting with internal trainer to ascertain needs and help preparing slide handout.

- Conduct surveys and train employees for specific jobs.

- Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.

- Prepare training tools or other materials.

- Organize training plan, and implement a range of training activities.

- Conduct orientation new employee entrant.

- Preparing apprenticeship programs with internship provider.

- Preparing staff performance appraisal.

- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

- Other responsibilities delegated by the HR Manager.

- Bachelor in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or

any other relevant.

- At least, 2 years of proven work experience either professionally or

through an internship.

- Good interpersonal skills, with colleagues, trainees, and management.

- Profound knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or other training software

programs.

- An adequate understanding of the principles that are involved in a good

training program.

- Knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel.
