_ Be in charge of sale and customer development & service.

_ Overseeing daily operations in the sales department.

_ Be knowledgeable about the service and product.

_ Hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to

department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives.

_ Prepare training material for internal training.

_ Represent the company to participate in all kinds of events and join networking

associations.

_ Directing and coordinating all sales & marketing activities & campaigns.

_ Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

_ Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

_ Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.

_ Do presentations to prospective clients to introduce the company and product.

_ Hold meetings with sales staff to review monthly goals, highlight new products to sell and

cultivate sales pitches.

_ Coordinate with different departments in the company.

_ Other tasks will be assigned by the top management

_ Cambodian Nationality and fluent in Khmer & English, both in reading, writing and speaking skills, good in Chinese is a plus, will be prioritized.

_ Experience as Sale Manager for at least 3 years.

_ Possess relevant business knowledge and experience in interior construction industries will be prioritized.

_ Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

_ Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.

_ Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.

_ Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.

_ Planning, organization and problem-solving skills.

_ Advanced time management skills.

_ Sufficient computer skills.

_ Be suitable or socially acceptable in appearance and manners.
