• Scheduling flights based on client needs and available flights

• Communicating with clients to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules

• Explaining airport/airline rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights

• Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket to passengers

• Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors

• Summarize the monthly sales report to the upper level

• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Detail-oriented and meticulous personality

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

• Good writing, communication, and presentation skills

• Good command of communication in English is spoken & written (high priority for Korean Language)
