• Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions

• Develop long-term relationships with customers, Developer, Consultants, Contractors, Architect, furniture manufacturer, dealer…

• Manage customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs

• Prepare, negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.

• To perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

• Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals given by team

• Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates

• Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads. Customer will be Developer, Maincontractor, Dealer, Architect, Manufacturer.

• 1-2 years-experience/ Fresh graduated on bachelor degree of Business, Construction building, Wood working material

• Knowledge about sale and marketing

• Fast leaner, good in communication.
