·      Direct reporting to finance manager

·      GL entries key in, cost center and profit center check and review

·      Payment checking

·      Month end closing stock, LIP valuation and verification.

·      AP aging and statement reconciliation.

·      Ensure proper filing and keeping of accounting documents.

·      Check on invoices prepared by invoicing team and review on inventory list prepared by warehouse team.

·      Ensure monthly intercompany billing is tally.

·      Process CIP and monthly fixed asset depreciation

·      Liaise with auditor, tax agent, and other related parties.

·      Ad Hoc assignment from finance manager

·      Fresh graduates from universities are encouraged to apply. Expatriates are encouraged to apply.

·      Possessing 1-2 years’ accounting experience in the manufacturing field will be an added as an advantage.

·      Able to speak and write English and Chinese will be added as advantage.

·      Able to use SAP system will be added as advantage, if not, job training will be provided.

·      Fast learner, independent and self-motivated
