- Managing receipts, invoices and recording (daily, monthly and yearly transactions)

- Accurately updating the AP and AR

- Track outgoing payments

- Payment processing

- Verify expense reports

- Maintain petty cash

- Reconcile statements and payment records

- Streamline the payment process

- Assist with audits

- In charge of Payment Reminder for unsettled balance (Call, Email…)

- Fixed Assets Management;

- Assist in checking all of Expense and Revenue with supporting documents;

- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- At least Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant qualification

- Had experiences in accounting field is preferable

- Proficient in English (writing & speaking) is a must

- Have good computer skill (Microsoft Word, excel.….)

- Rigor & Quick learner
