- Ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions;

- Ensuring all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to company requirements;

- Preparing and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information;

- Maintaining the balances of subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies;

- Double-checking each product cost calculation based on quick book data record;

- Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries;

- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements;

- Securing financial information by completing database backups;

- Assisting in preparing financial report of the company;

- Being a key person during tax audits & external audits;

- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant qualification;

- at least 3 years’ experience in accounting field;

- Fluent in English both writing and speaking;

- Excellent in computer skill (Microsoft Word, excel.….);

- Work Experience in Quick books software is a must

- Rigor & Quick learner
