• Works closely with the Medical Admin Team in daily data, documents, and cash collection.

• Prepares the primary sale listing for monthly tax declaration.

• Updates and confirms the adjustment outside accounting system by keeping close track of account receivables and other control accounts.

• Handles cash payment to suppliers or sends the confirmation email to suppliers after TT is done by GM/MD and serves as the primary contact for A/P inquiries.

• Maintains an orderly accounting filing system by managing the accounting records and files, scanning and numbering supporting documents.

• Participates in month-ended and year-ended inventory/cash counting.

• Supports in finding samples for external/tax auditing.

• Helps to ensure that accounting policies, and procedures are being followed.

• Handles admin work for the team.

• Enables to work overtime.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• Prior experience working with accounts receivable and Cambodia taxation

• Proficient in email and MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records of the company by ensuring that no detail is overlooked

• Can produce high-quality work regularly with good organizational skills

• Self-motivated, with high initiative, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment to meet the deadlines
