- Prepare sales target for yourself, customer target with details (by Products, SKU, Amount)

- Prepared daily route plan for their coverage area

- Visit and sell product into customer shop base on sales target and daily route plan

- Maintain good relationship with current customer and Find new customer for MT Channel such as super store, mini market,

- Presentation product of company to customer, promotion, price and other program related with product to them accuracy with transparency (document)

- Monitor on product expiration date of product list in their shop

- Manage on exchange product nearly expired/ damage for customer as company policies

- Manage and display product well as standard from principle

- Place order the product for customer to make sure that our product available for sell every shop of MT channel

- Prepared Daily Sales Report, market situation, competitor and update to Supervisor/Manager

- Handle for customer complaint from end to end with satisfaction customer service standard

- Follow up customer to make payment on time as due date (as term of payment agreed)

- Use CRM system for control daily sales operation

- And other duties are assigned by upper level.

- Age 25 - 30 years old

- Male & Female;

- Mini graduate high school,

- At least 3 year experience in selling FMCG product in Modern Trade (MT) channel

- Have knowledge and skill of MT Channel, with various FMCG distribution

- Good communication, for English & Khmer

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills;

- Can speak, read, and write English is preferred;

- Strong Service mindset, and negotiation skill

- Willing to work hard with flexibility to achieved target

- Be able to use computer for MS office, and PowerPoint

- Honest, flexible, friendly, confident, and etc.

- Can do attitude, with team player spirit
