Job Title : Regional Sales Manager Reporting To : Head of Life Insurance Consultant Channel Department : Sales and Distribution Department Location : Siem Reap - Lead and manage sales team and core sale agents to achieve target - Responsible for delivering company sales volume and sale agent recruitment target - Identify and optimize sale agent recruitment channels - Take on project management role for developing new market territory - Conduct competitor analysis regularly - Develop and provide regular coaching to sales team and core sale agents - Manage company regional office in Siem Reap - Manage sales budget

- University Degree or equivalent; - Minimum 4-year sales experience with the last 2 years in sales management - Excellent interpersonal, public speaking and communication skills - Able to motivate and lead large team - Highly ambitious, independent thinker, hard-working and high level of empathy
