- Take order from sale representatives

- Create sale order in SAP system and pass to dispatcher

- Coordinate with dispatcher regarding to product dispatch schedule and product quantity

- Assisting in Processing all invoices

- Assisting in Compensation and Commission to indirect stations

- Process month end closing procedure

- Assisting in receiving complaints from customers

- Educational background: A fourth year student or fresh graduate of Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Economic, Marketing, or other related field

- Skills: Good command of English writing and speaking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email

- Can-do attitude and willing to learn

- Internship period: 6 months
