- Review customer contract to ensure that a contract is containing a valid data such as: Contract Period, Contact person/number/mail address, discount rate . . .

- Create and modify customer/card in Card system

- To ensure that Customer Support is fast and on-time

- To ensure that all Parameter setting in the system is correct with supporting documents

- To regularly review anomaly record and cooperate with business line managers to get the response

- To manage all TOTAL Card Tool such as Efuel, Extranet, Boxi, etc. to ensure all relevant users can use the tool well

- Follow month end closing procedures

- Other tasks assigned by TOTAL Card Manager

- Educational background: A fourth year student or fresh graduate of IT or Business administration

- Skill: Good command of English writing and speaking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge: MS Office, Internet and Email proficiency

- Willing to learn, honest and be able to work under pressure

- Language: Good proficiency of English for both writing and speaking.

- Period of intern: 6 months up to 1year
