-Schedule : Monday-Saturday (Morning Only): From 08am-12:00am and 1:30pm -05:30pm

- Reporting Line : Managing Director

- Scope of Job : Assist Managing Director on daily operation work, agenda and report submit from operation team and sale team for MD to check and review.

• Create a price list quote and send it to the client / agent on behalf of the general manager.

• Keep records of expenses received from all parties after receipt from the price analysis department.

• Monitor all clients of the General Manager

• Organize and store documents in the right place

• Update minutes of meetings, meetings of the Human Resources Committee, management and other meetings.

• Summarize information about overseas sales daily and make daily work report

• Quote of price list for accounting

• Distinguish costs from different suppliers and keep in file both hard and soft copies.

• Presentation to clients and foreign agencies during the meeting

• Come to work regularly and register daily attendance and report to absent case manager

• Attend group meetings and other training sessions regularly as assigned.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
