- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly account payable aging report

- Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliation

- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecast

- Prepared daily, weekly and monthly schedule for payment to be released

- Prepare and perform check runs

- Track expenses and process expense reports

- Update daily data and maintain vendor system records

- Report and follow up on all account payable and outstanding accounts

- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports

- Managing cash and investment portfolio

- Tracking and managing intra-company funding

- Forecasting sources and uses of cash

- Managing debt obligations and lender relationships

- Managing payment processing and fraud prevention functions

- Ensuring treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies and internal controls

- Assist month-end and year-end close process

- Perform any other tasks assigned by immediate Finance Manager.

- Bachelor degree graduate in Accounting, Finance and Banking or/and related fields

- At least more than 5-year experience in Accounting and Finance

- Good mathematical, computer skills, good in English

- Often alongside accounting professionals

- The ability to multi-task and manage the time

- High-level numerical skills
