Job Description

- Handles customer needs, inquiries & requests

- Greets customer courteously

- Have a very clear understanding about the school information, school fees and promotion

- Respond to customers enquiries through a variety of channels (Facebook, Telegram, Telephone ets)

- Communicate directly with parents of students, and try get honest feedback from parents in order to improve business insights

- Handles customer complaints effectively and politely

- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

- Salary : 350$ -400$

- Location : The Commune building (near TK)

- Schedule : 09:00 - 18:00 (Wednesday - Sunday)

- Positive attitude toward job and teamwork; find problem and offer solution

- Open-minded and willing to learn new things

- Good hospitality

- Flexible

- Respect others

- Work experience in education sector is a plus but not a requirement
