Job Description

1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.

2. Update internal databases with new hire information.

3. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.

4. Publish and remove job ads.

5. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.

6. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.



Jobs Requirement


Job Requirements

1. Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.

2. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

3. Basic knowledge of labor legislation.

4. Experience using spreadsheets.

5. Good verbal and written communication skills.

6. Computer literate with programmer such as word, excel, etc.
