-Developer your own or new agencies and ask them bring customers

- 2-3 years in real estate experience

- University Degree

- Fluent in Khmer and English or Korea or Japanese or French

- Or the native speaker English or Korean or Japanese or France.

- Those who have their own potential customers or friends sourcing in government, bank, Insurance company will be preferred
