-Coordinating research & product analysis, building strategies, business development plans for money conversion financial products, technology products of the company.

- Directing, orienting and managing relationships with customers and searching for customer databases to constantly expand markets and potential customers;

- Managing operational risks of the department in charge of ensuring safe and sustainable sales growth;

- Coordinate with relevant departments to provide services and products to customers, take care of customers, increase customer experience to achieve assigned targets;

- Assign, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff to ensure completion of the annual/quarterly/monthly plan.

- Report to the regional leadership on the business performance of the business division under its management,

- Maintain and develop sales staff from time to time through recruitment, selection, orientation and staff training.

- Set up and promote the sales process from planning to closing orders. Building a telesale team, taking care and consulting customers.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

- Having at least 5 years working experience as Sales Manager or Sales Manager, good communication in English and Chinese.

- Ability to run the business, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to build sales, telesale, customer care and consulting teams.

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of salespeople in the organization.

- Listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Experience as a sales manager in finance, banking, currency, technology is an advantage
