** AR – AP ACCOUNTANT

AP Accountant:

• Settle payment to vendor within 1 day from the date that payment finish internal procedure.

AR Accountant:

• Deliver invoice to customer within 2 days from issue day on invoice.

** RECONCILIATION ACCOUNTANT

Monthly reconciliation report:

• Collaborate with team to prepare Monthly reconciliation service with partner before date 5th monthly.

• Finish Deliver reconciliation document to partner before 15th monthly.

** DAILY RECONCILIATION REPORT:

• In-charge for daily reconciliation report of TOPUP, Bill payment, Payment Gate Way and other company services.

• Collaborate with CS department to solve customer’s require (if any).

** OTHERS:

• Other tasks and reports are required from BOD and Chief Accountant.

• Good at Written and Verbal communication in English

** Will be strength if:

• University degree in Accounting.

• Can communicate in Vietnamese language.

• Have experience at equivalent positions.
