Job Description

• Achieve sales target and expected performance area.

• Implement sales promotion outdoors or dealer effectively

• Build a good relationship with the dealer or project owner

• Follow up and solve payment of the customer to comply with

• company’s credit policy

• Find out the new customers and maintain the existing ones.

• Cross-selling new products to existing customers

• Promotion event or lucky draw or explain the benefit to customers

• Research competitor prices to be fight in the market

• Preparing credit proposal from relevant document recommendations between dealers or retailers to ensure that the debts collected follow the credit terms offered.

• Find out the new project and make cross-selling with the owner

• Preparing quotation price to project owner and follow up

• Other tasks will ask by the Sales Manager

Job Requirements

• Associate Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent

• Age 18-40, Cambodia candidate

• Male/Female

• An individual with a positive mindset, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, and an outgoing person.

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of sales experience in sales dealers

• If has experience in bedding supply is a priority and bonus

• Someone open to learning and that wants to grow in the organization

• Can be driving and go to the province every month
