Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead, train and orient the accounting team members in each function to perform their duties according to their job description and responsibilities in accordance with the established accounting policies.
• Review and sign on all accounting vouchers with authorization of approval than submit to management.
• Review and monitor the process of completing the accounting documents in accordance with the accounting policies of the company
• Review and monitor on daily accounting transaction record by control accounts to produce financial statement for management on time.
• Prepare the cost sheet of product services and proposing sale price for management to consider
• Review and monitor account receivable, account payable and other control account
• Monitor and reconcile cash account to match with cash collection report, cash book, bank book and cash count sheet report.
• Prepare financial report for manager reviewing and sign for approval
• Respond on managing and monitoring the fix asset, make adjustment of depreciation and other adjustment
• Supervise Tax Team for monthly & annual tax declaration and tax accounting executive
• Cooperate with tax audit for document preparation & explanation or other critical tax issues.
• Respond on document keeping and accounting reports both of hard and soft.
• Other obligations had mentioned in internal document of the company.

Basic Requirement

• Bachelor degree of accounting, tax or others related field
• Experience in Accounting Management for 5 years and Tax Management for 3 years
• Knowledge in IFRS for SME, Cambodia Tax, Accounting Policy & Internal control
• Knowledge of ERP system (Ms. Dynamic NAV, SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Knowledge of economic principles
• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
