Jobs Description

- Create new customer account.

- Process Sales Order for Project and Whole Sales Team.

- Process Credit/Debit Memo for Project and Whole Sales Team.

- Prepare stock booking document with warehouse team.

- Prepare special order purchase requisition to Supply Chain.

- Arrange the delivery to Project and Whole Sales Customer.

- Ensures all orders are processed in a timely manner.

- Call follow up on delivery schedule and ensure orders being delivered on time and to correct location.

- Prepare customer credit request form and submit for approval.

- Monitor daily SO pending and following up with all retail branches.

- Control on customer credit limit and credit term

- Control and manage tile sample stock

- Perform tile sample stock count to ensure accuracy

- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Prepare weekly sale order report every Friday.

- Prepare monthly closing report for SO, Credit Memo, Debit Memo and Invoice.

- Submit monthly report on Sample stock check in/out.

- Submit monthly AR Register to line supervisor

- Attend weekly meeting with Manager to ensure the team is making progress and achieving what we set out to do.

Jobs Requirement

- Fresh graduate majoring in Accounting or any relate field.

- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships

- Be able to work under pressure.

- Communication skills in speaking/Writing English.

- Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel)

- Good interpersonal and Communication skills.

- Strong skill in organization

- Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
