- Respond to customers enquiries through a variety of channels (Facebook, Telegram, Telephone ets)

- Handles customer complaints effectively and politely

- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

- Working 9 hours per days and 4 days off per month plus PH

- Working location is in Kohthom, Kandal Province
