- Participate in the hiring process administrative other departments;

- Coordinate with other supervisory personnel in other departments;

- Keep informed provisions Public Holidays;

- Provide employees guidance heading difficult complex problems, in resolving escalated complaints disputer;

- Resolve departments complaints, and answer regarding policies and procedures;

- Manage staff’s leave requests from the update in HR System;

- Monitor staff’s attendance record and prepare Weekly reports;

- OT Monthly report from each Site

- Maintain and update employee file records;

- Manage and issue staff ID cards;

- Preface staff contract;

- Insurance;

- Prepare office logos; NSSF

- Perform any other tasks as necessary or assigned by the manager.

• Bachelor Degree in public administration

• At least 1 year of working experience or fresh graduate

• Knowledge of customer information, telephone technique, internet and website

• Good interpersonal and communication skills; and customer service include

• Good writing and typing skills in Khmer and English
