• Responsible for the enrolment sales and promotion of designated academic programs/ courses to prospective applicants

• Developing the annual enrolment plan and implementing its activities accordingly.

• Setting enrolment sale and profitability targets for individual staff and your team as a whole

• Achieving quarterly quota by programs and by course levels.

• Monitoring individual staff’s sale and service performance and market conditions.

• Generating leads and conducting promotional activities such as school talks, education fairs and course previews

• Working with High schools, Ministries, NGOs and business organisations to develop new markets for conversion

• Facilitating student applications and enrolment process

• Following up with enrolled students on their academic progress to establish their learning experience

• Preparing monthly enrolment report and analysis.

• Training the new staff on sales techniques and customer services

• Bachelor degree or relevant professional qualifications.

• Previous working experience in the Higher education sector is advantageous.

• Must be proficient in Khmer and English.

• Strong work ethics, responsible and a positive attitude in a people-oriented environment.

• Effective leadership skill and experience in leading a sales team

• Able to work under pressure to produce

• A ‘Can-do’ attitude with a pleasant personality
