• Greet and assist all guests

• Answer phone calls and take messages/inquiries

• Respond to general inquiries and explain school programs to parents

• Register new students

• Collect and date stamp all CVs

• Prepare ID cards

• Collect tuition fee and other fees

• Supervise students during pick up and drop off time

• Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy

• Collect class attendance lists

• Keep clear records of students’ attendance in the system

• Make phone call to parents to ask about their child's attendance

• Inform parents about student incidents/ school events/school activities

• Participate in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents

• Execute other tasks requested by School Director/Campus Manager

• Female Preferred

• Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing, Accounting or equivalent

• Experienced working with International School is a plus

• Fluent in English and Writing

• Professional appearance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic

• Good analytical and creative problem solving skills;

• Strong organizational and time management skills;

• Fast learner and desire to achieve set goals.

• Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word and Excel (including typing documents in Khmer)

• First Aid Training an asset

• Enjoys being with children
