• Check and verify stock diesel, payment diesel, food for driver

• Control Account Payable, Cost, Other Expense

• Check data in QuickBooks, make sure every transactions are correct

• Close P&L, Analysis Cost, Reconcile GL, Bank Reconcile

• Check payroll, and other expense

• Adjustment clearance advanced, Accrued expense, prepared and other

• Prepare monthly tax declaration and pay tax monthly

• Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Have experience at least 2 years in Finance and Accounting (Experienced in Trucking Service is advanced)

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and finance or other related field of Accounting

• Good English

• Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet and E-mail)

• Strong organizational, communication, report writing, decision-making, good facilitating, and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of Accounting Skill, if have experience in trucking industry is priority

• Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively

• Be able to use and understand of QuickBooks function
