• Making appointment and meeting with customer virtually or physically.

• Demonstrating and presenting LTR service and company branding to customer.

• Dealing with customer inquiries about the cost of long team rental service vehicles

• Maintaining accurate records (Service Agreement)

• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, event, and meetings to create the opportunity for Sales and build connection.

• Issue quotation, draft LTR service agreement, extension service agreement and complete all paperwork related to LTR service agreement.

• Reservation and explaining the term of the LTR service agreement to the customer

• Assist the existing customer and new customers from starting to end service

• Maintain and managing on existing customer data

• Providing ongoing service to customers and sales support

• Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales.

• Control, use, maintain, update on Customer, Reservations, Agreement and Report module in Navotar system.

• Handle customer complaints/issues if sales-consultant can’t solve the complaint/issue, they can delegate it to a related department

• Do the weekly and monthly report

• Other tasks assign by Corporate Sales Manager or Head of Sales & Marketing
