1. Work and control closely on sale & marketing both long term and short term.

2. Prepare and implement sales plan to achieve the target.

3. Regularly review action plan and make the adjustment of strategies.

4. Make marketing campaign and advertisement through online and offline.

5. Expand business partners such as OTA (Online Travel Agency) to get more customers

6. To coordinate with all sales team to exchange knowledge and information relate to the market

7. Keep track daily result and propose immediate action to improve sales

8. To get the customer feedback on services for future improvement

9. To generated accurate report daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly within deadline.

10. Support and hands on with sale team by regularly visiting and supporting sale team for closing sale.

11. Ensure an accurate weekly planner for daily sales meeting and regular hand on meeting

12. To response to team's demand on time

13. Approve weekly planner for sales team

14. Immediate report with propose improvement plan

15. Understand the market environment, competitors with update daily concern

16. Ensure team submission report on time

17. Accurately consolidate and understand all cases/deals status

18. Overview and control company’s pages on social media, facebook, IG, Instagram, you tube….

19. Make planning on marketing materials, artworks, events, and promotions to be on time as set calendar

20. Review on Rental Agreement to support Sale team and coordinate with customers

21. Work and respond closely with Hertz Global regarding to Marketing and operation
