1.Welcome and Greeting with customer services manner

2.Respond to phone call, message, or email from customers

3.Provide good relationship and communication with residents, clients, and teams

4.Responsible for the work assigned and be able to finish it on time

5.Monitor and keep report of documents in-out of company

6.Office environment hygiene management

7.Purchase office stationary/ office supplies.

8.Maintain proper filing of documents and daily general administration activities

9.Provide administration support as required by Manager
