- To provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries, support requests and issues related dynamics ERP System.

- To understand dynamics ERP functionality inside and out, participate in solution design, system configuration, testing, implementation and support, ensuring that staff requirements are successfully implemented.

- To prepare training manuals, preparing technical documentation, training technical dynamics users.

- To strongly manage on all companies’ database.

- To serve as a technical analyst: work with staffs to define, document and validate business requirements, manage expectations and change, deliver high quality solutions on various types of engagements.

- To create technical design and customizations based on feedback from functional staffs or management team.

- To set up/create accounting system user and fixed other issues that relate to accounting system.

- To prepare account user closing/locking financial report on accounting system by daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.

- To try push/alert to subsidiaries accountant in post data entry on time (closing daily report on time).

- To resolve accounting system technical issue.

- To collaborate with Selling (Sale revenue and Account Receivable/AR) and purchasing (Account Payable/AP and Expenses) and other teams to report and fixed issues quickly, promptly, and professionally.

- Other tasks are assigned by Manager/Management Team.

- At least Bachelor degree in accounting or IT, CAT/ACCA student is preferable.

- Knowledge of both accounting and IT

- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations for SMEs are preferable

- Knowledge and experience of computerized accounting system (ERP, QuickBooks or other

Accounting System……)

- Strong in Ms. Word and Ms. Excel, Access, publisher…

- Strong in VBA and Excel Code.

- Good command of English, Language is preferable.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT or Accounting System.

- Ability to work under pressure with deadline and others.

- High confident and talented to work.
