Jobs Description

- Control the system of providing information to customers who come into service center and for vehicle repairs

- Facilitate service department of front office to back office, like technicians of the service center and control service operation so it complies with the working flow set

by the company

- Provide consultations, service and other solutions to customers, to encourage them to come to the service center again and to increase customer satisfaction to the maximum

rate, by implementing various changes such as: high quality repair, standard pricing, timeliness of repair appointment, transparent and clear instruction to customers, including explaining warranty conditions to customers, to protect customers’ rights

- Provide trainings, instructions, and supervise the works of staffs

- Knowledgeable and experienced in managing service center, technicians, and service staffs (service advisors)

- Give instructions to staffs on important details such as, working responsibilities, technical skills, spare parts, warranty conditions, and company’s policy such as, how

to fill in repair duration in repair order list, and how to prepare monthly reports for analysis and so on

- Check the cleanliness, the neatness, and the working efficiency of staffs

- Prepare reports and presentations to management, on a weekly and monthly basis

- Analyze the market and competitors situation, to increase our competing abilities

- Implement works, according to the company’s standard and MMC’s standard

- Prepare a plan to inspect equipment and tools within the workshop

- Prepare an annual plan to hit the company’s target from MMC and the management, both in quality and quantity

- Set the scope for the service department (aftersales), for each dealer, with discussion with the stock department

- Prepare a plan to improve the company’s service department in the long term, by initiating assessment criteria which can help the company achieve its goals

- Work on other tasks, as delegated by the management

Jobs Requirement

- Cambodian nationality, age 30 years old up

- Good at English communication. Chinese speaking is will be advantaged.

- Master or Bachelor degree.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive business at service managerial level consistently meeting exceeding targets

- Ability to lead a team

- Good organizational skills

- Excellent mentoring, coaching.

- Enjoy meeting people friendly outgoing personality

- Influencing and negotiating skills

- Team work spirit
